How do I order ? Ordering online is easy and convenient. You simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, select the "check out" feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, you submit your order. If you have any questions regarding any information about our products, you can just email us at sales@ribbonangel.com What is the currency for all prices of Ribbon Angel’s products ? All prices listed on our Ribbon Angel’s website are quoted in US Dollars. What is Ribbon Angel’s method of payment? Ribbon Angel accepts payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information ? Once we receive your order, Ribbon Angel will email you an order confirmation. After the order has been processed and is ready to be shipped to you, Ribbon Angel will send another email containing UPS delivery and tracking information. Please note that orders placed with wrong email address will not receive order confirmation and delivery information. Do you have a printed Catalog ? Ribbon Angel does not have a printed catalog. We feature all of our products on our website. But if there is a demand in the future, we may decide to create one to satisfy some of you who prefer to choose favors by flipping a printed catalog. Are all Ribbon Angel’s products readily available ? Ribbon Angel carries most of the products featured on the website. Occasionally products may be backordered, which will be indicated in the product description. If the products you ordered are either out of stock or backordered, we will definitely notify you by email. If you cannot wait, you can choose other products to replace the original order. If nothing really suits you, we will definitely refund you the full amount. Is there any minimum order for all the Ribbon Angel’s products ? Ribbon Angel is proud of the fact that there is no minimum order for Ribbon Angel’s products, except for the personalized orders. Although we use exceptional product images for our website, we understand that you may still wish to request product samples. How much are your shipping charges ? At Ribbon Angel, we try our best to provide the best price not only for the products you order, but also the shipping charges. We know that what matter most is the final total price you pay, including shipping charges. Orders of heavier items may be subject to higher shipping charges As for chocolate favors, we strongly suggest that you upgrade the shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air. Chocolate favors are sent out from Portland, Oregon, so for delivery to the Western states, (i.e., Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, etc) UPS Ground shipping is normally okay. For Midwest and Eastern states, you must upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air. To further protect the chocolate favors in transit during the summer months, we only ship such orders at the beginning of the business week (i.e., Monday or Tuesday at the latest). This is so the favors do not sit over the weekend at the UPS warehouse. However, there are no guarantees that chocolate favors will arrive intact unless air shipping is chosen. How long will the shipment of the products take ? If the item you ordered is in stock it will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Normal UPS shipping time is 1-5 days. For personalized tags, please allow 5 business days for processing. Personalized tags are mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service. If your order is urgent, we can provide you the option to ship 2nd day air or overnight. There is additional cost to ship 2nd day air or overnight and you can email us at sales@ribbonangel.com for more details of the cost. Do you ship internationally ? We do ship our products to customers in Canada and offer UPS WorldEase as an option to reduce your import taxes and duties. The shipping cost does not include the fee for import taxes and duties. Can I return or exchange the products I purchased ? Ribbon Angel is proud of the fact that we carry only high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, please be assured that you still can return anything (except personalized or edible items for any reason). We want you to be 100% satisfied with Ribbon Angel’s products. If you need to return something, please send an email to sales@ribbonangel.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Once we received the items, we refund your payment less the shipping charges. |
